Locations

Our Run with Rob Community has experienced significant growth over the past 12 months. We currently host running communities in the following locations:

  • Brisbane (Eatons Hill)
  • Redcliffe
  • Hervey Bay
  • Bundaberg

Eatons Hill Sessions 

Running sessions take place from Monday to Friday from 4:45am.

From Monday to Thursday the runs depart from Eatons Hill Woolworths.
Friday runs starting from Whisk and Grind Cafe.
Social coffee on Fridays from 5:30am. 
 

Simply turn up and join in!!

Typical training week: 

Mondays – 45 mins easy 

Tuesdays – speed sets  

Wednesday – 45 mins easy 

Thursday – hills sessions  

Friday – 45 mins easy  

Weekend runs are organised by members and everyone is encouraged to join as they wish, including park runs, long road runs and trails. 

Warner Sessions 

Running sessions take place from Monday to Thursday from 5:00pm. 

From Monday to Thursday the runs depart from Dragonfly park. 
 

Simply turn up and join in!!

Kids Club

Kids club runs every Sunday afternoon 4pm-5pm at Sergant Reserve Encourages kids to discover the joy of running and staying active.
